Guild for LLP

I am level 49 so does this new guild/faction system mean you need people in your group at the same level. So if your around my level and mustard lets join up. I am a UK flag

I am unsure of the details...but I am in the same boat you are.I don't want people at my level... I want to join a group closer to my rank, attack, and defense levels
