question about make up of attacking/defending army...

...in crime city it says "each mafia member can equip 1 melee, 1 gun, 1 armour, 1 explosive and 1 vehicle when fighting"

is it the same in MW? as in, each allie brings 1 infantry, 1 ground, 1 air and one sea unit to battle?

Nope. 2000 best attack units. 2000 best defensive units. That's all that matters (lvl 100 and 500 allies)
