Still can't trigger boss

Is anyone else having this problem? I've opened and closed the app many times, powered off my phone, deleted and reinstalled- still nothing. Am I the only one? What's going on here. I want to kill that bugger!

I had a problem with this for a while - what seemed to break it was hitting a threshold of triggers. Try queuing up like 8-9 PVE attacks (I do them on low XP jobs on early maps) and see if it breaks thru. Since then its triggered on every action I've taken.

Yeah I normally bust out around 10 pvp battles real quick and it pops up eventually
