When I first started playing this game last Nov. all I would hear from Funzio was how important is was to them to keep the game balanced between free and gold players. Even using that reason for nerfing the M1's. It's been a joke for quite some time!

And as far as this event.....they gotta been joking!! They go from a double event with combined atk/def pts of somewhere in the area of 5k-6k pts to this!!???????? I wouldn't waste my time tapping the free or cash button for this one. To me this looks like an attempt to grab the interest of a new crowd of beginner players, as they must be aware that the current big spenders wont be interested in the prizes for this event. Personally I think they are trying to get a new crowd in their game, as the more experienced players are getting too good and know every weakness in the game worth exploiting.

I don't think they are trying to phase out the game, but I do think they want to phase out some of the current players. Probably cause these players have been around since the beginning they have too many stories about the previous bad service which ends up all over this forum, they could be scared its putting off the new customers.

For these event are item for my inventory and give me an excuse to do the maps. I don't need worry about my stats because 80% of my rivals are too weak to fight me. I treat crap event item like a collection :). If people just change attitude think these item like collectables rather than rubbish who know you might be enjoy it. Just saying only an opinion. :)

The secret is to throw 2 bad events and get people upset for a few days. Then the throw an average event that's way better than the other 2 events and people are relieved and happy.

In reality, it's just like any other event or perhaps even worse than before.

If you notice, the boss event main prize is usually 1k+ attack and defense while this ones just 600+/1100+

In reality, it's just like any other event or perhaps even worse than before.

Well maybe the main prize is not as good... But i don't care I have never gotten to 40 anyway... But 2 explosive one of which is common is pretty neat... Well crate event still really bad though...

im not a fan of the boss events too much, it forces you to buy gold. which im never gonna do.(i spend enough on data charges LOL)
i spent 60 tapjoy gold on this boss and only got to level 10. 9 commons and 1 uncommon

Well it depend on how strong you are bummer kid - I find easiest way to defeat the boss add a bunch of mafia member 50 or more. I never used gold i managed to defeat 13 Bosses but previous one i managed defeat 20 all using cash option. Think about it this way you got 10 items plus if you had defeated boss 40 times you would level up faster because experience gained by defeating bosses.

Talk about disillusioned - In the first 2 days, I was able to get 11 schematics, actually keeping me in the running for the top 250.

Last 2 days? 0 schematics and about 20 "sorry's". OH! but i did get 2 opens and got 2 Racer Z's...

Why are the boss events 5 days?
You can get through the cash only option in 2 or 3 days.
If you are going to use gold for the rest then you don't need all the time either.

I need 4-5 days to pass 40 bosses.
Because
A. I have life.
B. I always forget to beat him in time after my first 5 hits.
C. It is boring to see him except first time and 40th time.

exactly kissnight .. Bill's Boss guide is very helpful but who has all that time in the world to stick to the phone and attack the boss every 26 mins lol .. think i'm done at 16 wins. i can still beat the boss twice and take two more weapons but every time i begin attacking him, something comes up and in 2 hours he is gone ..

the only way i can beat the boss is by putting up alarms and stay on top of beating him whenever the alarm rings. but who cares, we got other things to take care of :)
