Is Insurgent Village a new map?

I have a "Do Every Mission in the Insurgent Village" on my goal list. However, it say Area Unavailable when I click it. Will we have the new map?

BTW, I heat the "Do every Mission" item. For the last few maps, it appears at the same time as your other missions. All missions will be green arrow if you accidentally click it;)

I see an Insurgent camp, a Suspicious Village, High mountain village, Insurgent block, & i don't see any Insurgent Village...

Where exactly are you now..? like in Middle East, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, South America, & so on...

I'v completed all maps. The Insurgent Village appeared on my goal list a few days back.

there are two new high level maps, opened after level 170 i think, insurgent village and hijacked port, in north east asia
