yup i got it. you get 1 gold for each video you watch. not a bad deal considering the videos are only like 15 to 20 seconds. but of course all items worth getting are over 500 gold

Make sure to look in your "Manual Updates" for the Crime City update from today, as there is a change in permissions. I wouldn't have even noticed if I didn't find this thread.

dudebot the only thing the update screen always says is new scratchers.
ive only noticed the tapjoy videos. no confirmation of gold use yet, which is an annoyance since i accidently used 14 gold on a finish upgrade. not like i care about 14 gold but it cant be too hard to make a yes or no just like the sell buildings confirmation
and the refresh rivals still isnt fixed

I thought exactly that, and I literally just checked, watched a vid and got nothing. Honestly I was shocked at how many vids/gold I was getting at first, thinking there is no way its this easy. Lmao it HAS to be some sort of limit, I mean come on they can't be that dumb :D

I'm getting the same 2 vids (Scion and Springhill Suites) over and over but getting credit for them? I think I can deal with that.

I'm guessing you have to update Crime City to receive these video offers?

Because I know my dinosaur-old Android can't handle the newer updates, it'll probably just crash constantly.

I'm on Android and I was able to access some videos, approximately 12 before it shut down on me and said there were no videos available. I'm guessing it has a daily limit or something to keep one from doing it continuously because there were only about 4 different videos that kept cycling over and over.

Did anyone notice before update there is A new permission settings on the update which means SPYWARE can be runned on your phone. I was about to update when i saw under permission setting ' Retrieve running application' -allows application to retrieve information about currently and running task and allow malicious application to discover private information about other application. :(.

I watched 20 vids yesterday before they stopped crediting gold for hours. 6 or so hours later, I got the remaining 12 videos to work, and haven't been able to watch one since last night. It's been at least 14 hours from the last video I watched successfully.

Go to the gold buying menu, click earn free gold, there should be an option for videos or offers after that. I was suprised to see it! I guess Gree is showing us some love after all

I would also like to add, this is more of a 'catch-up' in my eyes, seeing as Ios has had tapjoy gold for a long time, this is our way of being able to earn gold for free on android. and I would also like to add: WHOOT!!! its about time

so I have earned 60 gold so far. For me at least, it seems like you can earn 20 gold a day. I am not sure why you guys are having trouble finding videos, mine seems to repeat them endlessly, but only giving out 20 gold a day so far. I have never seen the message 'no videos available' before. Maybe it is a connection issue?
