Is it just me or did open rates get nerfed too?

Or is that normal once you finish 30/30 thugs?

As I mentioned in the other thread, I was doing pretty well with opens with only a few fails until I got to 20/30 thugs...then I got 6 fails in a row.

No drops for me either. And i must have a string of fails coming, ive got 27 thugs on maybe 30-32 attempts...

As with all new events, there is a tweaking period, please be patient, and do keep on posting your issues, GREE watches the forums closely.

I have even more PvP wins than that since I last saw a drop of either a bullet or a note.

Furthermore (word of the day right there), PvE has only been dropping notes, if anything, since the PvP drops stopped.

I had a bullet drop about 5 min ago. I don't have Devils Take down as you guys to farm notes from jobs but still enough supplies to last 2 full days without a single drop.

Btw, killed 1 informant.

I hear ya. The 70 was just most recent since the issue was addressed. I could easily add another 50+ where i dont recall getting drops... :(

All was looking good for me - Got my 30 thugs in about 39 attempts and plentiful supply of notes and bullets from the last 2 days. However 0/3 on the informants so dudeman seems to be right about the success rate being messed with.

This event is totally ludacris!!!

I miss the days when CC was owned/controlled by Funzio and not this GREE-DY sob's only focusing on making money!! The game has become much slower (starting up, travelling between hoods, etc) there are way too many "events" and no focus on making the game more customer friendly by updating the game with some new buildings and decorations..

Lets see how much longer this will actually be bearable..

How many have you have randomly gone in every 30 minutes or so and launched 5 attacks to see if they'd fixed the drops?

Been over a day and a few hundred PVP without a single bullet.

I am quite intregued with the volitility after new launches. With all the similarities in this suite of games it wouldn't be difficult at all to automate testing to fine tune their algorythms before delivery.

The drop rate for bullets is significantly higher than snitch notes.

bullets drop 3/4 of the time, snitch notes drop 1/4 when a drop is initiated from PvP. At least before they cut us off that is.

0/16 just now. Bullets still dropping from PvE but very sporadically, 2 drops from 2250 energy. I've got enough (21) to see me through this evening and maybe a bit of tomorrow, currently sitting on 29 successful attempts. Darn!!

I won 25 notes and 2 bullets in more than 300 robberys ,75 attacks and 20 jobs today ,but with no bullets i can not complete the action.i used 420 gold and this is thrown away .this is the last special event i wll compete because everytime there is something going wrong during an event . Purpose ?

I've got enough notes and bullets for 54 attempts. Less than 48 hours remain, so I probably have all I need.

The drops are still screwed though, but at least I won't likely be affected by it.

btw, have you guys noticed how money is added to your account as soon as you hit the job? Before you had to pick it up to from the ground be added to you account. Plus all money transactions are kinda laggy and can change twice back and forth before it settles.
Just now I had drop of 3 notes to get to 45 total. When I switched back to hood it showed 44 and then Whent up to 45 AGAIN seconds later. They messing up something on a server side for sure.

I noticed the money thing right away because of the problem I had with disappearing cash from jobs.

I thought maybe they changed the way money was added from jobs and possibly fixed that issue I had... But no. Every now and then I still see the cash total roll back for no reason. My game still thinks I have a Blackout RPG even though it was removed from my inventory.

Cash from goal completion is laggy as hell though. It doesn't get awarded until the next server call, which is the same time the total cash from the job rolls back. They're not trying to fix the disappearing cash issue, they're trying to hide it so it's harder to detect. That's frustrating.

By "work harder" do you mean for us to spend gold on stamina and energy refills in the hope that a bullet will drop? Lol, as if people haven't had enough with Gree's idea of "fair" chance. Btw, I just got ANOTHER fail...wasting another two bullets in the process. In the end, I guess this event was catered specifically to the heavy gold spenders.

You missed the point. Judging by everyone's experiences where the drop rate of bullets has become little to none, if anyone wishes to actually make any progress in the day or so left in the event, they'd have to spend gold to do so. Many people have been unable to even make any attempts because of the lack of bullets.

Yet you need a minimum of 101 for all upto boss (or do you need even more than 1 hit after thugs?). Rediculous really, I've been quite active today as I had no college and round 2 bullets after numerous attacks/robberies and jobs, but found about 50 useless snitch notes!

Last style of event might have more BLNT, but at least you don't lose anything besides in-game cash. This one you need to look for two things and lose both for each BLNT....

Another event and another Gree F*** up! Bullets stop dropping, Only Top 25 leaderboard, beyond that is anyone's guess! New event style and no explanation! Sounds like the Anniversary Event all over again!

I had a little go on this event, and was milking Canal Street for bullets and snitch notes before it suddenly stopped, Ooops a daisy. Others gain 1000's of XP towards Level 200 in finding these bullets and notes and I cost myself a gentle 57 XP.....

Canal Street has a drop rate of 8% for bullets and 2% snitch notes. No wonder they stopped dropping, the drop rate was already at rock bottom.

Usually I just hit up Red Light District or Cartel and hope I get drop rates not too far off normal.

I ran an simulation and it found that I was averaging about 11 drops/1000 energy spent I believe was the final math.

What I was referring to was that the odds of getting two in a row are very low,so that would in turn explain the lack of consistent drops that he's experiencing.

That's not what I was observing, more like 20% for snitch notes and 7-8% for bullets but I'll leave that to others. I see no reason to come off the Penarol Method. Epics rule.
This drop rate Pawn is vastly different to the previous crate events, which you are using data on. The system has changed. Hit Davis Watson 15 times and you'll have a few snitch notes and possibly a bullet. I'm on 4 Thugs defeated at a cost of 120 xp with 5 snitch notes in hand and 1 bullet. Campers choice is this. Get 2 bullets and 1 snitch note in hand from Canal Street and wait until your hour is up, activate the middle or 1 bullet choice and rotate every hour collecting just enough for the 1 SN and 1 or 2 Bullet option.
Sorry but Canal Street is fine and extremely XP friendly, try it, you'll see.

I never said it wasn't, I'm just giving reason for the streakyness of his drop rate.
