Only good thing in that update , is that they boosted event units .

They boosted a lot of units. Dragons got boosted, not just event units. Only units got boosted though, not the weapons or armors. They still cost the same but are a lot less useful for the same cost now.

Haha, I've been camping for a little while and since from the numbers I've heard such as 1% to get the rare unit I don't feel like spending real $$ to get it. Much rather do boss events.

Lol, I was thinking about that too. Since some people had boosted stats before and they are making it equal for everyone now, I'm hoping they won't increase the boss stats. Besides, if people can get higher in the boss events, gem spenders will be more likely to spend more gems since they will be more tempted to spend gems if they have a higher possibility of actually obtaining the top prize. And this game is all about making profits.

Weapons/armor numbers did not change, making their relative values significantly devaluated and rendering search for them rather obsolete beyond required 1500 each, at least at the current maps (who knows, perhaps they come up with new maps that offer some awesome new loot sometime, say 60/40 weapon and 45/55 armor, or something :))

Still with new A/d at around 150k - cant complain much

They helped out the 101-150 bracket in MW by lowering the boss health. And in CC the bosses aren't terribly difficult for the 101+ folks. So you'd have to figure they'll throw the KA players a bone sooner or later ...

I can't tell if this helps you or hurts you if you haven't upgraded your Breeding Den to level 10 yet.

The dragon attack increased from 70 to 105. The hydra defense increased from 36 to 58.

For simplicity's sake assume the following:
- You have max allies at level 50, or 250 allies.
- You have max hydras for max unit defense, or 750 hydras.
- Before the stat upgrade, your defense from the hydras was 27,000.
- After the stat upgrade, your defense from the hydras is 43,500.

- Your attacker is also level 50 with max allies.
- He has max dragons for max unit attack, or 750 dragons.
- Before the stat upgrade, his attack from the dragons was 52,500.
- After the stat upgrade, his attack from the dragons is 78,750.

On one hand, the absolute difference between max attack and max defense increased from 25,500 unboosted (52,500 att - 27,000 def) to 35,250 boosted (78,750 att - 43,500 def). On the other hand, the percent difference between max dragon attack and max hydra defense unboosted was 48.6%. With boosted stats this difference decreased to 44.8%. It's possible that the path to dragons has been made slightly easier with the boost, or not.

Regardless, if you don't have dragons you're definitely at a disadvantage.

Not to sound Negative....but if they change the Stats on Every unit....Does that change the game really? Obviously Gold Units got more powerful....so the only thing that is impacted are Armor and Weopons because they didn't change? Everyone is excited about their Stats going up....but all of our Stats went up? Meaning all things equal..nothing really changed.

Edit: With the exception of a potential Strategy change....but i don't see one yet...As Dragons appear to be that much more Favored.

They were tweaked slightly again this time. My boosted stats went from around 55k/55k to almost 59k/62k.

Everyone, check your casualty rates too with PvP. Just had an ally you never had boosted stats post on my wall that his casualties have now started going up straight away.

Compared to unboosted before, the attack values of all units seemed to have gone up by 1.5x and the defense values by 1.6x

Ok I'll be the Debbie downer. We all have boosted stats. Now, all the weapon/armor drops are devalued...you would never really buy them anymore unless the prices for them come way down. If the boss health moves up by the same percentage, there is no effect. If the boss health doesn't move up we will all retire several more bosses per event, and we will all get the tier prizes. Therefore no differentiation.

If the economy is inflationary, don't all the citizens suffer?

Maybe I'm confused on this but I don't really understand how giving across the board stat inflation helps the game.

Did you try connecting to the server or reinstalling KA?

I had boosted stats before, then noticed they dropped to normal stats this morning thinking Gree had ended the whole experiment. When I connected to the server (checking the Rivals List) I got the message regarding the new stats and they went up immediately.

I agree, however, now it seems that everyone has the boosted stats, not just a selected few. That at the least makes it fair.
