It amazes me that the Company (GREE) does not communicate with the players neither in game, to
resolve issues , or in the forums.

There is a section of the forums for info from GREE / or you as their rep to respond, very little
response to issues from players is there.

I do see the posts you made the last few days NOT addressing the issues, but telling people not to
post this or that, or to enjoy their ban for communicating, or to tell people not to open new threads to
address this or that.... I assume they tell you what to say and do.

If I understand this whole thing correctly you are the omnibudsman (like for a paper or publishing
company), like a rep between the company and the readers/ players......you present the content and
positions of the company to the players... the face of the company so to speak.

And you help communicate the players issues to the company.
Please spend a few minutes and ask your self what role you are asked to provide, what roll your
posts make the player community feel your role is.....
