No, you can't, unless the person finds you on their rival list.

That's probably one reason why attacking via comments isn't an available option. If you still have comments on your page from months ago you could attack players who probably leveled way past you by now, or players that you spoke to months ago could come back and eat you alive.

You can't be robbed, or Attacked, but some players can launch verbal tirades in response that can make you loose your faith in humanity.

Yup, only by looking that individual up in the rivals list.

I do this to people who spam, "The newest cheat, add ######### and you'll receive X gold and X cash".

I guess it's a peeve of mine.
