GREE Player Experience Survey
---------------------------------------------
GREE is committed to providing the best player experience in the industry and your feedback will help us do that.

Please take a few minutes to let us know how we are doing.
----------------------------------------------
Feedback? You got it! I have been reporting hackers, stalkers,
perverts, players with the no casualty glitch etc. for a year
now. YOU have not resolved these issues. Gree is cheating
every honest customer in the game by allowing this to continue.
Recently reported a no casualty glitch player for the nth time...
received another "it has been looked into" response. Took
screen shots of the aforementioned no casualty glitch player
... attacked...waited for the counter attack...took more screen
shots...stats exactly the same...impossible without the glitch.
I will no longer play any of your games.
I will also contact my Apple Store customer representative
as well as my American Express platinum desk for a refund
on all Gree purchases.

It's real frustrating losing 3 units while the other guy loses nothing even when I'm stronger than the other player

You lose 3? I lose 4 or 5 and always my most expensive or highest valor cost. even in defense and worst of all even when I win. thats right i lose 5 units when i win.

From march.... This was 8 months ago. This is beyond stupid. And, primarily, the reason I do not spend money on MW.

that thread could read like a list of players that quit MW. I forgot about ShawnBB, Digitalwalker, Vitus79, and nighthunter.

I think these are 2 things happening here.
1.) a true glitch where the are 0 units lost. Never lose
2.) people with low losses due to their unit and consumption rates. (me) I loses units but far less because the way I play and units that make up my battle group.

I have data that confirms both cases and possible causes which I'm still testing in item 2. I do know of someone who has tested the issue #1 and will work more with them to assist in reporting to Gree next week when I have more time. I don't have the means to test that one myself, but will pass all data on to Gree support if they are willing t0 listen.

I will add a third to the list. The skill point hacker, I have found one around L139 with 349 allies and have reported him and it's pretty obvious that he's exploiting it as he has no money buildings on his base except for the mandatory command center. Which leads to the other question, he also has not lost a single unit during a large number of attacks on bases we have set up to specifically target his incoming attack units. So if he's a casualty 'glitcher' is this actually a random thing or something that can be recreated perhaps through the skill points.
