I was hoping to have enough TP to maybe get in 21 bosses, and iceman has been the only person cool enough to back off for a bit until I could do that.

But since there is a real lack of cool people, both in life and in game, that's no longer a possibility. I'll have to be happy doing 20, possibly without the 1 health pack boss 20 has always cost me.

If your stats are over-inflated because of TP, you're actually screwed. The bosses get more powerful based on your stats that you had when you started the event. Assuming that you'll be losing your TP over time, your stats will drop while the bosses will continue to get stronger.

If I were you, I'd attack the boss as often as you can while you still have those stats. Time won't improve your luck because there is no luck involved.

All he's saying is that you are bound to lose TP throughout the event, which will in turn lower the damage you're able to do against the boss. So you're better off getting in as many kills as you can early on while your attack #'s are still high.

I have to disagree with you. I think the boss stats are based on level.
Plus you don't have to attack anyone to trigger the boss, you can do the 1xp mission on the first map. And if stats are so inflated by TP no one will bother attacking him unless they want to lose. Therefore losing no toilet paper. 😛

Yeah it's definitely true. I'm at lvl 10 and I need to start timing my hits. I did better back when my stats were worse.

If you think that you'll be able to hold onto that toilet paper, you're dreaming. You lose the TP, your stats go down. The boss's stats go up. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that the "I'll wait till tomorrow" strategy won't work.

As for my TP, no one has attacked me in over a week. My TP isn't going anywhere unles I attack and rob to lose it, which I won't be doing.

If he ain't triggering exit the game and close it from multi tasking bar, reopen and it should trigger in first attack. If not rinse repeat. That's the best I can give.

I am running Android with the latest update version 3.0.3 build 72
for some reason my data is only 20121029_2 thats several days old.
gree has a habit of updating data files within a day or so of an event.

Maybe android is not updating to correct data file to trigger the boss. this happens in MW sometimes.

Try this. Go to first map. Attack the David guy. If it does not appear, vault the cash you just won. Lock the screen for maybe for a couple seconds. Unlock it and attack David again. It should pop up right after that. If not go to your hood. If still not there, close the app and reopen it.

However, first time I attack I get an 'unknown error'. Then after that, it appears I beat the boss, but yet to check whether loot updates (although cash and xp appears to)

It seems to take roughly 5 minutes to put the loot in your inventory. Log out and log back in seems to work as well.

Android user keep getting error level 4 no idea what I win. NLAnyone else?

On both of my accounts when I attack the boss it gives me an "unknown error" message. Nothing happens and when I check my progress it says "0 out of 40" for my progress. However, when I trigger another boss, the level is increasing. WTF?

Bummer. I am getting the boss on the first attack almost every time and I am a droid user. I wouldn't attack until you see the splash screen.

still no splash screen, but he showed up, i fought him, got the unknown error. exited game. force stopped it. restarted, checked goals, said i was at 1/40 for defeating him. searched inventory: i had toxis gas nullifier.

i've now beaten him 3 more times and everytime i get the unknown error, have to force stop game, then restart and items are in my inventory. its cumbersome but so it goes.

10 minutes later, i get splash screen

So my updated main account does the same thing; my camper account hasn't been updated and has no problems at all with the boss. Both accounts android.

Both the last 2 events I recieved 7/8 of the same common. This event is the only one that is different. Against Jimmy the Gooch I was given 7 Untraceable Shotguns out of my first 10 attacks, and I forget the most recent loot that I hit 7/8 of. I think it was the Vicious SMGs.

Just my 2 cents. You guys can spend what, $400 of in game cash that is made in about 5 minutes from a level 10 laundromat and instead boss 2 would have been 1 hit, and you wouldn't have to take the time to regenerate the heath. The same goes for boss level 3...

I just don't get why you guys are selling yourselves short :(

These are gold equivalent items, if we pay 20 gold for items that are the equivalent cost, then not only will everyone's stats inflate severely, but then it'd be ridiculously one sided for the gold buyers in comparison to the non-gold buyers.

They way they have it now works fine, I'm personally happy with any reward that I get, since every weapons is better than the crate items :D

Oh, yeah with that I agree with. What I didn't understand was doing 2 free hits on a boss when you could just do it with 1 $600 hit and save your health :p

The next boss according to that stat report was that the next boss required 3 hits, so that would mean the next level, they'd be too beat up and would therefore have to wait before they could launch attacks again.

I'd normally use the money to do so, but since I can't attack any players to attract the boss (I've been reading the mafia brackets but I mostly see a lot of 500+ mafia when I have 253) it's pretty much a 2 hour wait for me to get the energy required

Whenever I beat the boss then I get the same error message and it awards me experience points and cash but I get no random loot prize. The boss keeps getting harder and I keep leveling up but so far I have received zero loot prices from this event.

I have sent several tickets with the in-game help request and I have received no responses. This sucks.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, rebooted and cleared cache several times, shutdown all background process, etc. but nothing seems to help at all.

Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it then I would really appreciate some advice because I was really wanting to go for the big prize on this event, but no use going for it if I'm not going to get anything because of the Unknown Error.

Those of us with a droid os are having the same issue. No idea about how to replace missing prizes best bet is to keep doing the email support. They said the are working on a fix.

If your getting an unknown error, click the attack button agan and the boss screen disappears. When you log out and back in your loot items will appear in your inventory.

The server is doing things correctly, but your client application isn't dealing with fight results properly. All XP, cash and loot items are awarded.

Been reading and seems driod players who updated always gets a unknown error and also has to log out and in to see items. I never updated it, been running the Dragon Boss version and its working fine on this boss. I get no error and I see what item I have. So dont update too fast is my opinion.

Think it really depends on your lvl and att capability, campers at low lvls and good stats have a BIG advantage here also those who still have tp explosives but for us mire mortals its lvl 19 completed and gold from here on in.

40 bosses? No gold? how in the world .. I can't even kill 20th because the health depletes. i've even tried the 26 mins attacks but still can't win .. strange .. u could go that far without using gold ..

Jian Carlo is 100% correct. I am low level and I had a few TP (only 15). But it was enough to beat Chen and Escobar 40 times each.

It's from Khimsoo's Toolkit for MW, more than positive he got them from the game data but I could be wrong. And idk if I understand you correctly, but you're saying there can't be percentages associated with items decided server side?

Well games define percentages as decimal values from 0.0 to 1.0 usually. Sometimes you get some developer who hasn't has his morning coffee and does it with integer values from 0 - 100 which is much more annoying to work with.

I dunno I think there might be from level 0 to 27 I got 3 rares 8 uncommons and 16 commons. Then from 28 to 48 I've had 7 rares 9 uncommons and 4 commons and the last 3 have been rares

If you you're working on a boss RIGHT NOW I hope you haven't spent gold on him. The severs are down for maintenance. Gree definitely cares about you your time and money spent, so submit a ticket for any gold you will have lost because you were cut off from the boss. It must have been crucial maintenance for them not to have waited until the event was over, right? Because they care.

I figured this boss was the best one to go for, with TP's, it meant that I wouldn't need to spend much to get to 40.

Well i did one better just killed 19th boss with 30 minutes left using 13 hit technique from billionaire. Got enforcer shotgun really happy.

My "higher" level account went further than usual also, thanks to TP. YAY! 27 bosses. 7 rares, 7 uncommons, 13 commons. But, my TP on this account won't hold out forever. Sadly. I'll probably never see 27 bosses again.

Well the last boss event i only went to 16 but we really didn't this much time as we did with this one.

I boost my attack stats by buying 100 of each Attack explosive plus adding about 20 extra mafia members.

it depends on which tier you are in boss event the higher the tier more difficult the boss is to defeat.

Look like either your on higher tier because my attack is only 15K i managed defeat boss 18 or you have mess timing of attacks ? you should be attack a boss max of 13 times during the 2 hours stay.
