No my account hasn't been banned.

Just wanted to ask cc Mark, when I ask you a question about any iso6 update in the pipe line you ignore the thread.

When someone make a thread regarding infraction, you move you butt in cheetah mode to reply to the thread.

Don't you get paid enough to keep us updated about the game.

OK you suck anyway, when are you banning me?

I asked nicely again.

The powers that be on the forum are very good at not releasing information that they might not come through on. If something actually happens in the game like decent drop rates they have no problem nerfing them and providing plenty disappointment that way.

Apparently threads with us speculating and wondering why something happens makes him declare an advil day and than he just shut things down. I guess that's easier than actual problem solving. Which is what we've all come to expect.

I wonder if he cares what makes me want to reach for a bottle of advil? How about these;
1. Pretending/Fake - Receiving a survey on how their customer support did before I got any response or resolution on my ticket.
2. Being reactive instead of proactive - Casino's on level 48 upgraded to 10, players managing to hit 6/6 on scratchers well over 100X and than expecting me to file the ticket?
3a. Greed - instead of 'how can we make more money' focus on 'how can we make our product better' - that in turn will make you more money
3b. Demonstrating complete lack of creativity - Desperate events trying to get my time and money - Maybe think about earning it instead?
4. Lack of or reckless planning/testing before implementation

Other than that the game is great.

How what works? The game? The company? The players? You're linking me to their website. There is no addressing 'Advil Days'

The best I could do with what you sent me as to how it relates to my post is that they are promoting/selling their game as 'addictive'. Do they realize that's not good thing?

Basically Gree is a dealer, crime city the product and we're junkies. Which kind of explains the treatment. They can cut their product sell us bad doses and show us no respect because hey...where else we gonna get it. Nevermind the physical and emotional tolls addiction plays.

Don't get me wrong though, not bashing or hating...just want a better product. I'm a fiend searching for that ultimate high. Maybe I need to become a chemist/developer? - But then there's that whole never get high on your own supply pearl of wisdom.

I totally agreed on the part that i quoted from you. A good company would follow these rules that you have posted, but that's not how it goes in here. That's why i linked back to the company;) Unfortunately they don't have to because, we're the junkies in here.
