Well, with the typical doomsday predictions from weather forecasters 'round here, it appears we (East Coast USA) are going to get pounded by Hurricane Sandy. Already calling her a "Frankenstorm".
Predictions are for strong, sustained winds, lots of rain and mass, long-term power outages.

Here at the Badass house, we are stocked up on rations, candles, firewood, and gasoline for the generator.

Unfortunately, when power is out, we also lose internet. Hope to see you all by the end of the week.

On a good note, I've already completed over 700 PvP attack victories, so I hope to reopen CC and see my prize.

Say your prayers, pay your TAXES and take you vitamins, and you'll be fine.
Take care of your family. I bet it won't be as bad as they say.

Hunker down and stay safe. Make sure you have plenty of drinking water and warm blankets at the ready. Good luck and gives us a holler on the other side.

Washington, D.C... No one can drive in a half inch of snow, and the power goes out in a stiff breeze.

Toronto had to call in the army to help them out when they got a couple of centimeters of snow.

Thanks for all the well wishes. Sure we will be fine. I'm more worried for family on the coast. Some are too stubborn to leave.

Whew, local news shows a lot of flooding, trees down, and power outages, but me and mine were very fortunate so far. Praying everyone else is okay.
