I just looted a Toilet Paper Explosive in PvP. It's 500/450. Uh.....I'm not really complaining, but is this correct? Pics if needed I suppose.

They seem to keep coming back to me. I started murdering some guy (10-0 :D), and went to a next guy and on the third attack, I lost the paper. Then 4 attacks later, it reappeared.
