Crediting of Gems Won From Last Add Me Monday

Sorry about putting this up on the forum, but I guess your PM Inbox is flooded and you've been really busy with the MQ work since I haven't heard back from you. Appreciate it if you could effect the crediting of the 100 gems won in the 16 Oct contest (results on 23 Oct).

Apologies if I sound a little desperate, but after 3 weeks of staying out of events whilst upgrading my BD, I'm now a tad itchy to spend some gems to whack an Epic Boss - which I presume is about to appear very soon!

I have also not received gems from last ad me Monday,but I am not sure I get them. I won the shirt but I'm not sure if I get gems also, I pm ccm to ask about it but no response I'm sure he is busy with MQ. I'm diffinatly fine with whatever I'm happy I won just would like to know.

Usually it's really fast. Dunno what happened 2 rounds back where some received and others didn't.

I visited Tapjoy and found that if you have downloaded Monster Quest, you can earn free gems via TJ site. Downloaded and installed a few games (for a total of 39 bonus gems for my Monster Quest account) but no reward. Sent a ticket to TJ support and replied that they have credited me according to their record. I then e-mailed Gree and they told me at the moment, it is not available(Monster Quest) to receive bonus gems. So Im screwed. My complain, bonus gems for any game should not even be at TapJoy site if the developer has yet to set-up at their end to credit for bonus gems or gold. Sorry for hijacking the thread. Thought maybe just warn other players to not install any game via Monster Quest account in TJ cuz they will not receive any reward until Gree fix it. Not so with Modern War. Sorry for the long post.

I noticed that a new baseball themed game has been added to the forum (MLB: Full Deck). Guess they are stretching themselves thin, but still it should not be at the expense of quality of service.

This sort of crap wld never happen in the PC based gaming industry. If it did people wld walk away and the games/companies wld fold.

Considering how seriously inflated all the prices are on KA/Gems MW/Gold etc, you'd think they wld take care of the smaller aspects of gameplay and customer service...but no.
Feel for you guys, hope you all get what you deserve soon.

Remember, we all make these games work flourish and survive. So lets speak up and make GREE realise what gamers won't accept.

I got an email from S saying that he had done the crediting, but still nothing appeared on my side. Replied to him about the non-receipt (again). Sigh, like something is seriously broken if they are crediting players but the players are not receiving the credits.

I got the same response as you echus I'm just going to give up trying to get these gems and mabey I will get a nice surprise in a couple months.

I'm going to keep trying. As a free player, these won gems make a lot of difference to my game. I would not have been able to kill Boss 20 in the last epic boss event without them. I'm sure they're trying and are up to their ears in work, but it is getting very frustrating :(

Congrats echus I'm glad for you man, and it was good timing. Now I hope I can get mine but it doesn't look good for me cause ccm thinks I already got the gems.
