According to the Modern War Toolkit and spreadsheets I have seen, this costs $33,480,000. It is obviously not in game... Where did the info come from? Game files? Is this something we may actually see, or a pipe dream?

Might be something complicated and not just a money building. A beta tester seems excited lately. Money boost, attack boost...hmmmm. Can't wait, but GREE will release it when they're good and ready. I'd rather have a functioning building than one with bugs and glitches.

Are you referring to an actual beta tester you know that seems excited about upcoming stuff on MW?

That as well as the explosives depot has been in the pipeline for like 4 months. The hackers had them in there base which I feel out a slow burner on Gree getting it released. I'm sure it will come out eventually. We can hope anyway.
