any use of having thousands of mafia? today i saw someone with 8000+ mafia lol and i thought i was insane to have 1200+ mafia.

seriously, is there any use of adding so much mafia? does it help anyhow?

Short answer: No!
Long answer: no point at all!
For some players it's like a hobby/addiction. I asked a player why he was aggressively recruiting when he had 5000+, he told me if he adds everyone there will be no one left to attack him.

Go to crime city settings and keep switching the sound FX button on and off... press 20ish times really fast and see what happens

As far as I understand once you have over 1000 mafia you will see your own mafia on your rivals list, unless they have changed it.

yeah i thought something will happen clicking fx button on and off .. i hit it like 200 times, my fingers and wrist started paining .. nothing happened. look at coldjoey's signature, that was his idea. he really got me to do that .. bugger!

On iPhone, switching the fx button brings up an asteroid game, but you shoot at photos of faces, I assume they are the developers faces. You aren't missing anything, even if you did want to play asteroid, it really lags. I only tried it once, may do other stuff.

The point of having thousands of mafia is to tell me you don't know how the game works, and are weak. Almost every rival I find with over 1,000 mafia has subpar stats.
