I thought so, I noticed it as well earlier. The stats don't look right though from what I remember...

I'm not sure but was this a Android only event? I'm on Android and I got that item as well and the stats of mine have not changed if it helps:

A-440
D-350

it was top 250 from the insulated crate event. tesla cannon was top prize and it was on both, ios and droid i'd say. too bad they only changed stats for ios?

Yeah I noticed it moved up to my third strongest attack item. I'm not complaining :p
