Please help...

That's telling you that your banned must have hacked or glitched some money or abusive language or something along those lines just follow the instructions and ask what the go is.

I was thinking that's what it said, because I've seen people get their accounts hit with that for extended periods of time.

From what I can remember, Munch seems to be correct. I saw this one other time and the person was banned for about a week. Along with that crash report, it says there is something wrong with your account.

Put 2 and 2 together and it's not hard to get 4.

Somebody may have reported you for some offense, and support may have acted correctly or incorrectly on that information. You just need to wait for that ticket to be answered, or for "server maintenance" to finish.

I'm asking because according to dipstik, he asked support and they recently ruled that running old data is against policy now.

I know why :p However support finally deemed that their old decision was unbalanced and now I suppose anyone with old data is going to be kept from connecting until they have the new data I presume.

News to me, I still get in fine everyday on 2 devices running old builds/game data.

He was just a bad boy....

Same problem as well. Happened Sat. a.m. 10-20-12. Have been sending emails as well as sending in support tickets from another players game. So far- no help and no connect. Rowlow 393933795

Looks like there cheating software did another sweep of players, Now they should do it to the trolls on the forum.
