There's currently an offering for 15 gold for installing and running the free MLB Full Deck game. Pretty decent since the most I've ever seen for a game install is 3 gold.

Yes to both questions.

At first I didn't get the 15 gold, but (as I've found in the past) redeeming another TapJoy offer for something else made the gold for both appear in my game. The extra gold let me get 9 crates and the two palm hotels for one vault. :)

You won't see it on the in-game TapJoy screen. At the bottom of that screen you can go to the TapJoy website to see a lot more game install offers.

I'm looking and i've reached the bottom of the tapjoy offers...no dice :(

I hope there's no cross promo for this one, I just did the 20 gold Tapjoy offer. I skipped the monster age deal, but probably should have gone ahead with it since they changed the name.

I gots one for 55 free bars to either book a driving test or to have broucher sent via email (same offer)..
Downside can take upto 28days to credit :-(

edit# defo regional, same thing like when i was in Amsterdam last month and was downloading all these dutch app/offers with the uk one not to be seen, once back in uk visa-versa, dutch offers gone and uk ones came back.. Sweet..
