My guess is no splash screen then no prize and you'll have to send a ticket. If you have all 3 games then it probably works like tapjoy where you will get the prize from whatever app gets linked to the download page via splash screen.

Don't wait too long... once it is over, no gift! There's an old thread about the CC gun when MW promo'ed. Those who dl'ed too late were SOL.

Once I started seeing the LE item splash scene and still no cross promo, I figured they didn't fix whatever problem exists with the way they run the cross promos. Went ahead and downloaded MQ, got to level 3, and now I'm just playing around with the fuse feature before I delete the game.

MQ is one of those game I know a lot of people are going to go through once, then restart with more knowledge about it. Honestly it shoved a hundred new words in my face and said off you go. For anyone who played minecraft, it was much like that where it just didn't explain anything on your first night and really just said "off ye go, if you die you die".

I got the pop up on my iPhone. No gold account and level 110, it's possible they are working from a set of list. The highest level I know of is 140. Can anyone with pop up confirm a gold spending account and your level. Let's see if we can work this out logically
Once you get pop up, follow the download instruction, complete to level 3 takes 5 mins, when you log back in to CC you will get another pop up congratulating you and telling you, you have rec'd the"Monster truck"

CCM told us that the KA promo for the Hardened Shotgun was supposed to be a limited item to a certain specific level range...but he ended up giving it out to everyone or something to that nature. Manually handed them out :p

I got the MW offer & I always get the MW 40% gold sale, never bought MW gold.

I guess I'll take the MW gift & be happy. 80 attack points translates to more like 30 for me in CC. Execleros only add like 2 attack points so getting the Monster Truck isn't a game changer for me... I'll go buy an extra Sarin or two to make up for it.

I sent in two tickets, 1 asking why I didn't get the screen and te 2nd after getting to level 3. Brian replied to the one about getting to level 3, and gave me the weapon. Another person replied to the other email and I got that response. It seems different people give different reasons. If you push it I think you will get the weapon. Reply and kick up a fuss.

Progress in which game? Monster Quest? Your main game?

The instructions were pretty clear, install and run, reach level 3. No mention of eligibility requirements.

If they want to tell us certain players are ineligible, they really should put clearly stated eligibility requirements somewhere that is accessible to all and easy to find.

I had this feeling something was weird, then I fought a rival who had the Monster Rampage as one of their top ~15. I tapped on it and was surprised to see "Owned: 0".

Needless to say, that set off my BS detector. I immediately sent a follow up reply to my first ticket regarding the issue asking why it was removed and to have it returned. I know support works weekends, so if I don't get a reply in the next ~2.5 hours I'm send a new ticket.

If they don't like having a flooded inbox they can bloody well stop being idiots. :mad:

I think that is a legitimate question! If you are going to include only certain people or exclude certain people then we have a right to know what group of people are getting it. I hate the "smoking mirror" gree provides. Things go nice and quiet for a few days or a week then something else happens. Some form of BS enters into the equation.

As a whole the community on the forums does not ask for a whole lot. We simply just want clear and concise answers in a timely manner. I get CCM probably has weekends off, but there really needs to be someone available on the weekends at least part of the time.

I will not speak for all, but I will say all I want is answers. I know many feel the same way. I understand you do not want to give out "future" information about the game, but answering relevant questions seems simple enough!

My friend got a chopper on MW instead or a hardened shotgun, so I'm not installing MW or KA just to get a freebee on them games.
