You can't get money stolen from your vault, you either turned off your game too quick or lost connection and thought you had vaulted up.

I think it has to do with delays in your news feed. I had this happen to me a few days ago. I was tapped by a whale for maybe 400-500K, but I had nothing over vault at the time. I had closed and relaunched the app several times since I vaulted, I had done attacks but scored no $. When I was hit I looked at my vault and nothing was there over. I HAD been 5-7mil over my vault at maybe 45 minutes earlier but had purchased a building upgrade and had less than a mill in my vault at the time. But like I said I bought a building, closed and relaunched several times, checked all news, vault showed nothing to vault, but then I got hit.

I posted to the whales wall asking if he remembered if he saw me over my limit at the time of his hit. But I never got him to respond to verify. My guess is that he hit me while I was over my limit and the news feed just didn't catch up and had the wrong time as 2-3 minutes ago instead of 45 minutes ago when I spent all the $.

I've seen delays like this many months ago in lost units too. My stats dropped a few points and had lost no units as I hadn't been attacking, no damage to boosts or base defenses, closed and relaunched several times. Then about 1.5 hours later I got a news notice I had been attacked and the unit lost matched the decrease in stats. I didn't do any attacks and watched for a few hours and no more news feeds of lost units so that match had to be it and showed a delay. This happened at the time of a game upgrade so call me stupid but prior to the upgrade I took snapshots of all my building levels and units. I double checked the lost unit and all others and perfect match. Proof of a 1.5 hours delay, but during an expected server busy time of an upgrade. So I'm sure if you have low bandwidth or they are doing changes like rolling back the data files it may cause delays too in your feeds.

So you are not crazy. You are not paranoid either, just everyone IS out to get you. LOL

There is definitely a problem with the vault. I had the same happen to me and I know for a fact it is vaulted and I am connected to the server. The attack wasn't many hours later.

Everyday I play this game there is something new that is broken while old problems still remain unresolved.

Well new one for me, I've been maxed vaulted for months, so I'm always over vaulted. Right now I'm out of town so am checking sporadically , low and behold got hit by whale and he got cach that was vaulted...by about 500g?????? What gives 100% sure I was max vaulted it's the one thing I always check if and when I dip below 10 mil

When i had 2.5 mill protected ... I don't buy more units below protected' only unprotected $
Is spent on other units , i actually seen my money drop from 2.5 mill to
750k ... It took me all day raiding & doing quests to get it back

Send a ticket, sometimes its a server delay and your money was actually taken before you vault. there are a few times it seems that money has been taken from vaults. it takes a ticket to investigate and some time.

I've had six mil taken from my vault, connection issue or not I sent a ticket and got a refund. The app should work as intended and not trick you into thinking its vaulted when its actually not on a **** connection
