Please, someone refresh me on how long you have to wait between zero health and full health with respect to boss attacks.

1 health per minute, total of 100 health at max.

1 health point regenerates every minute. The boss does 25 damage to you every hit. You have a total of 100 health, so it takes 1 hour and 40 minutes to fully regenerate.

After triggering boss, hit once, retreat and come back in 90 secs and hit 4 more times. After that set timer for 26 minutes for two hits and repeat. If you have health regeneration boost its shorter.

By the way, there's no reason to wait for your health to fully replenish between bosses until you get to the point in which you need more than 8 hits (10 if you have the health regeneration boost). Just wait the 26 minutes and start the next one (21 for those of us with the boost).

I prefer to hit him 3 times when I start at full health, wait 1 minutes then hit him again 2 more times. Then hit him 2 more times every 26 minutes. If you have the health boost, do the same thing but you only have to wait 21 minutes to give him a pair of attacks.
