Is It Worth It?

So I have somehow amassed $19,600,000, which, because of my cement factory, is how much I need to get the Nanotech Factory. Now I have to ask, is it worth the money? Or should I save it for other things, like upgrades or other buildings? Please respond soon if you can, since I don't want it all to be stolen by a raider. Thanks.

I have a level 1 nano and a level 2 nano.

What I want to know is where is this $33,480,000 global satellite network building that is in the toolkit?

I am looking to legitimately increase my iph, almost to $400k so I am upgrading oilrigs, nanos, and recycling plants.
