JUST WONDERING HOW MANY PEOPLE STILL DON'T HAVE THE EARN FREE GEM BAR.

I know it has to do with your account cause when i transfer my account to a old itouch and i start a new account i have the earn free gem bar but if i transfer my account back it disappears no free gem link. it sucks cause my gf plays and shes already earned 70 free gems. I hope they fix it asap

Still don't have it either. Would love to have them make it up to us somehow such as at least 10 gems per day that we don't have it compared to the others that have had it since the first day. So it's going on 10 or so days now? So they should give us at least 100 gems?

I have them on all three. But I can't earn on the iPod after watching tons of videos. New iPad has the v4v (something) and I can max out the videos per day. Up to 40 now. Third iPad can see videos and watch them over and over but the gems dont register all the time. 15 gems on it after 4 days of watching.

i sent in 3 tickets about the earn free gems and Stephan from support told me to go to tapjoys website to stay up to date but kingdom age doesn't show in my apps on tapjoy. does anybody know if tapjoy has kingdom age offers for gems cause i cant find it

I have the button tap to earn gems, But it didn't work, i can tap it All day & nothing Happens. I send the tickets to tapjoy.com but no Reply. From support on Gree I got the message To turn on and off game And then it will be fixed But yet of course it didn't work :/

My LLP has the link which doesn't work but my HLP doesn't have it. My take on it, and I may be wrong, is that if you have ever spent real money, the Gree servers pick up on that and expect that you will buy more so you dont get the option for free gems. Again, not a level playing field no matter what,

Tapjoy link came but didn't offer to earn a free gem as CC and MW do with gold.
Once I gained 1 gem watching a video but didn't happen again.
Today none of Tapjoy's offer seems to work for the games I used to...
It seems to be a Tapjoy problem maybe combined with KA.

For CC was great cause it offered me to become a Goodfella with these free golds and to build some Bodyguard Agencies (not a lot cause have to be really patient).

For MW, I'm collecting them for later (133 golds for now).

For KA, just one Gem so very usefull ;)

I actually have the link for free gems but it hardly works. I try and click on an offer and it crashes. I actually get into the offer and it crashes. I get half way through an offer and it crashes. If I magically get through the end of the offer (insurance quote or whatever) CRASH or NO GEMS. Unless its a video, not even worth my time... O yea and when I try to send in a ticket to ask for my missing gems CRASH IN THE MIDDLE OF MY LETTER, sucks... I have a 4generation with only 5 apps, I double click and delete them when I'm done and clear my history all the time... CRASH CRASH CRASH CRASH CRASH on only this game uuuuugh! :mad:

I think it's more coincidental. The number of gems I could earn each day gradually dwindled from a high of 20 to 16 then 8 then 4, now none. I think it has more to do with the chain between advertisers and Tapjoy and GREE. If there aren't advertisers willing to pay or pay enough to make Tapjoy and/or GREE happy with the arrangement, then the videos or offers won't be available.

With ver1.4.1 I had the gem tab but nothing happens when I click on it. After updating to ver1.5 it works now. I have the new ipad.

Currently there's an item tht gives 80gems but requires u to register for a trial game site which requires u to key in credit card number. It seems too good to be true, especially when the site insist on getting ur credit card info. Anybody tried that yet?

Ipad3 has the v4v and i earn 19 or 20 per day and still going. Up to 119 gems. Ipad2 has the plain tapjoy and after watching a few videos, (it doesn't offer them anymore). Only 17 gems total.

Up till today I was getting the videos, now it has been replaced with tapjoy, which is a bummer because all tapjoy resources for me go to MW.

I got enough gems from the vids to win at least one more boss 30, maybe two depending. I hope the vids come back.

Ugh. Hopefully they haven't replaced the videos with Tapjoy. I'm only like 18 days away from having enough free gems to get a gold mine. Of course now I can't stop watching Ink Master, but at least I'll have a gold mine.

The funny thing is I contacted support about another issue but brought up the Earning Gems issue and how it wasn't available to most people, and I got a stock answer blaming it on Tapjoy. Also asked about some people's stats being boosted and others not being boosted, why that was, and when we could expect it to even out for everyone and they played dumb, acting like they didn't know what I was referring to even though I'd concisely explained the situation in my email. As they're working in tech support for GREE they should probably know about that issue as I'm sure many others have sent in tickets concerning it.

Yeah KA is on the bottom of GREE's priority list. I used to play MW but quit because one game is enough for me and they released new content and fixed bugs all the time. KA has been out what, 6 months? Nothing but the same events and new maps. Haven't bothered to fix minor bugs or release units they already have files for (you can see them on the data sheet)

Should there be 20 free gems a day? Because I seem get random amounts before it tells me I've reached my daily limit. First 2 days I got 20, then 18 the day after, then 8 today. Should that be happening?

I am having the same experience. Used to get around 20 per day. Now it is 8. We should count ourselves lucky. Many other ppl dont get it at all.

I am having the same problem! The first 2 days I received many gems from video offers, then I got 8 on the third day, and since then when tapping the "earn free gems button" nothing pops up unless a new game has been released and a new advertisement is out.

For example, today I received 3 gems by watching "the hobbit video game advertisement" 3 times in a row, then no more videos and nothing happens when I click on the link again.

If anyone has found a solution to this please pm it to me, thank you in advance!

I have no link , have never had 1 ? but i will take the gems though..let me see average person 4 videos per day , is it 1 or gems per vid ? anyway lets say 2 that 15 gems per day i have been playing 12-14 months that makes 6,500 gems....yes i can count ! so this would be in line with what they owe me ? ..have to take in weekends as double to tripple + days off work (cough cough) .. gan someone please credit these gems into my account thanks.
Its good to exagerate .. everyone does it...dont they ..i caught a fish this BIG... 6 months feels like 12 ? Ispent thousands on that 100 dollar item.

I had the Tap for Free Gems in game for a while. Then it faded off into oblivion with the very first Vallata LTQ.

Now if you want to install an app on your phone and link your phone to a website. Tapjoy.com is your place for free Gems. Just be prepared to work for them. 1 or 2 at a time. Either way, problem solved. Stop crying about the free Gems now.

I have been a member of tapjoy for a while now, when you log in to their web site you do get offers for jems.(best free offer is for 12gems that I have seen)
Wish I could watch trailers tho easy gems that way...way easier than their web site.

Did anyone find out yet how it comes some days you can watch a few videos, and then suddenly the "tap here to earn free gems" button stops working (for days)?

I would be interested to see if anyone found a pattern in it, if it's caused by something we do.
What I did notice is that some people in my guild could watch video's and earn 16 in one day, while myfree gems button did nothing at all.

It works very rarely in my case. I watched 4 video's on friday, but the last 4 days there's nothing.

One, the last post in this thread is four months old.

Two, nobody knows anything about the free gem patterns. If I had to guess, they show videos for a set period of time for their advertising customers, who pay for this. If they don't have any advertising customers ATM, then no videos.

As far as individuals being unable to use the service when others can, I have a sneaking suspicion it may have something to do with your spending habits. The very day after I purchased gems for the first time all forms of free gems died for me, never to return. YMMV.

At first it allowed me to watch 20 videos/day for 2 days and then ever since i've been able to watch 5 videos maybe once a week and i've just been allowed to watch 1 video.

I never got a video to watch, just download apps and run them. Sometimes they are like 900mb big apps, which takes alot of time and internet and gives you 1 gem (Yes, ONE gem).

And sometimes you dont even receive the "free" gem either, although i have stable connection etc etc.

It seems to be completely random. My iPhone KA gets videos, CC was only getting tap joy,but now let's me select so maybe they are updating for more ad revenue. Ipad only gets tap joy.

I had used an iPhone 3GS and didn't have any link for the first 9 months of playing the game. When I finally decided to use an iPhone 4S, I transferred my game and had the link. So the iPhone 4 had the link from the outset of the game having the chance of free gems.

It could also be a geographical situation for some, not just the phone/tablet being used. Some locations may not actually support sponsorship of this form of advertising - the "free gems" is all about a different company paying Gree to advertise through their game.

A support ticket asking about it is your best shot. If you had it and it disappeared, you could also try deleting the app and reinstalling and see if that helps.

I have the button "tap here to earn free gems", it does nothing.

More often than not, mine "doesn't work" either. It is only when ads have been loaded to view. Mine goes for a couple of days, or even 4 or 5, without giving me anything. Then suddenly I get 4 - 15 that day, sometimes a couple of days in a row.

All depends on the ads being uploaded.

how to get free one?2 ways. There is a button on the daily scratcher that says earn free gems. Or go to the buy gems/gold page look at the very bottom and you will see the earn free gems button. However when there is a gem sale going on the link disappears. You can only earn so many free gems a day, number varies from day to day. You can also go to tapjoy.com but that requires you to DL and install certain apps or complete certain levels in other games.

I have been playing this game for ages and I just now found this thread. Wow. I could have probably had over 1000 gems by now. LOL

Can you see KA on the tap joy site? I see almost every other game but KA.

I also only see one or two watch video offers and the watch again button does not work. I only get 1-2 gems a week.

I have an iPad 2, anyone else with an iPad 2 that gets tap joy to work?
