My situation 25 hours ago:

I tried 15 or 16 times to get that last gemstone, I didn't get it. And you see, I'm really not surprised at all because this situation is obviously what Funzio/Gree wants. It is what they designed and they're not going to change it anytime soon.

So, after spending so much time on this event (and the previous one where I got lucky but that doesn't change anything) I decided that it was enough. Developers like this just don't deserve me, and they probably don't deserve you either. So I made a little tutorial in case you were wondering what the proper course of action was. Here it is (sorry this is just for Android ^^):

1- Go to settings>applications>manage applications, scroll to Crime City and click on Uninstall.

2- Click ok.

3- Click ok again.

See? That was easy!

Optional steps: feel relieved to finally be away from that bull****, and also free to browse Google Play to find thousands of other freemium games whose developers are maybe a little bit more realistic regarding their customers' patience.

As my - probably - last sentence on these forums, I'd like to thanks everybody here for being helpful and kind to newcomers. I wish I could have stayed more, see you in another game maybe ! (yeah I know I had more than 1 last sentence)

Sorry to see you go. FYI, your account will still be open until you send a support ticket asking for it to be closed/deleted permanently. So you could in theory come back later once you've blown off some steam.

I love how IOS people dealt with getting unfair endings to events for about 20 or so events, and you're quitting after one?

come on...

This is funny... We get to see a whole new generation of people *****ing about not getting the last item. Shh... no one tell them!

Sorry to see you go. You have one of the funniest avatars on the forum. You can delete the app, but all you gotta do is reinstall it and the problem comes back, lol.

I remember when I dropped a vault trying the get the loaded dice the first time they came out on iOS. How much did you spend? Oh yeah, I didn't get it either.

Yep, shame to see you go. I'm going to stick it out, even though I've been screwed on the past two 10/10 events (ending with 9/10 both of them), and keep playing this game without spending a penny on it, and use up space on their servers without fattening their pockets. You quitting doesn't really show them much of anything; it would be more of a slap in the face to GREE to continue playing the game, realizing their greedy tactics, and using this fact to not spend any gold, despite how badly these things make you want to. Though the frustration isn't worth it sometimes, I must agree.

Either way, good luck to ya.

I know these kind of games, I've played dozens of them. I know it won't improve.

Why did iOS users put up with such bull****? Why do they keep putting up with it, followed by new Android users? Well, humans are made in such a way that they often ask to be beaten with a stick. And they LOVE to complain about it. Personally, I think Gree can take their stick and put it up their ass. That's a clear message to dishonesty, greed and incompetence.

I got 9/10 for the first five or so events on IOS... Then when they started giving out another item for the 9th, I started getting stuck on 8. I have never gotten all 10. I'm still winning, though... I don't spend a dime!

Congrats and good luck in real life man. Some of us deal with disappointment better than others. Not putting you down in any fashion, just that some of us have learned to lower our expectations as a coping measure.
