He's not legit, he's a jailbroken hacker.
I attacked him last week and he was sitting on 82 million in cash on a lower level with low stats for raids and fights, it didn't make sense but I was happy to take 3 million
He had none of those MI-V,s when i attacked him last week, hes gone from 80k attack and defense to 152k

It can't be an LE, it's not indestructible. But he must be a big spender to get that much energy.
