How many days did it take since sending the ticket to transfer your old CC account to your new device?

I'm not sure why this is necessary, I know there's a thread about it but the in game transfer button works 100% even for the iPhone 5.

No I lost my old device, unless my really old game backup I made in jan 2012 works then I have no other way of retrieving my old account.

I could get someone with a jailbroken phone to do it but I don't know anyone (I still have my old udid #).
I did that last year when I got a new phone because apple exchanged the old one because it was faulty.
