Off Topic: Business genius at work

Not at all game related, but for anyone into business, particularly in relation to social media, e-commerce and the internetz, this video is both hugely entertaining (almost like a stand-up comedy routine at times) and genuinely inspiring.

I first watched this last year, found it completely captivating, and just stumbled across it again today.

The word genius is thrown around far too easily these days, but in the case of Gary Vaynerchuk, it is both apt, and fully deserved.

Gree, you could do a lot worse than watch this... there are certainly some good tips in there about connecting with your customers in a more gracious and appreciative manner.

Anyways, watch it, it is an hour well spent...
