I sent in a ticket saying I still had not received the car for the top 25 collections during the anniversary event (considering people with income below 1.8MPH received it, it is not possible I collected less than them). I got a response saying we have awarded your account 100gold, then I get another one saying we trust your problem was solved please fill out our customer feedback form.

Does anyone at support even read the tickets these days? I don’t give a **** about 100gold (in fact don’t really care about the car either it is more the principal of not delivering what they promised)

i still have (2) tickets no response. both over a week old. but they are probably tired of hearing from me. but even the forum support goes unanswered most of the time, there are times they are on things quick but that is far and few in between. i really come to believe that when things go wrong over there the reason they don't respond or answer is because they really don't know what the heck is going on either, because if they did know what was going on or had answer to any of the members questions its not that hard to drop a one-liner.

I have the problem that i cannot write/post on walls, it just dissapears like a minute later. This had been going on for months, so i reported it with a ticket. I waited for over a week before i got a reply saying "is this problem solved?" like wtf, so i responded "no, its still the same". Waited yet another week before they told me ro re-install the game, did, same problem it did not help. So i answered again that it did not help, its been almost two weeks now.. And this is seriously taking out much of the fun of the game for me, as i cannot talk to people in the game as my messages just dissapears. And yes i hve made several tests on friends and my own wall.. PLEASE FIX THIS SOON GREE!!!

And i also reported a cheater a week ago (level 150 with a Casino, wich doesent unlock before level 185) no answer yet..

MWA it is connection problems if message doesn't appear , you need to check your connection or settings .

I got sometimes blank too , that is cause of connection problems with 3G or Wifi strength .

I am connected to CC with both Wifi and 3G, i dont have any connection problems with any other app or internett connection (and no other problems with CC either) But my messages always dissapears, not just sometimes. I can see the message for about a minutes and its gone. Are you still sure this is connection problems?

FYI, ~3 months ago.

I just had that issue resolved within the last few days.

Interesting fact: Gree's takeover occurred around the same time as my original ticket. Not only was that issue close to 9 or 10 out of 10 on the difficulty scale, but the timing was also just completely inconvenient. Simply too much happening that was beyond the control of the support team.

My ticket was handled awesomely once it was dealt with, but that whole experience made me realize that support probably takes a lot of crap from many different and unrelated sources.

False cheat reports
Noobish questions and/or ridiculous demands
Company takeover
Devs/'engineers' failing to communicate
Admins tools/server issues
Under staffed(?)

Compare that to your own daily life. What's your job? Do you rely on anything or anyone? Do those things or people ever cause disappointment or inconveniences? Shtuff happens.

I'm not defending GREEdzio, but given my recent experience with support I think they do what they can. Let's not forget that some things might need to be passed up the chain of command before decisions and actions can happen.

You sure you haven't been muted? If a player blocks you from his wall, it shows up originally but as soon as you leave his hood it disappears. If your completely muted, as I think noodles is/was then that would always happen.

Muted? I dont know, but if i was i think they should have no problem knowing this (since they must be the ones muting) and then tell me that i am muted, and that is what is causing the problem. But they have only asked me to re-install the game and nothing more. So i dont think so, but i dont know, but see no reason why. Frustrated :(

Celluar data to switch 3G off , when you are at home , so your wifi on .

When there is no Wifi or bad connection , I switch wifi off and celluar data on .

Sorry for misleading, but i only use one at a time like you say. I use Wifi at home and 3G outside and work. I dont have them both on, i only use one at a time. Maybe i did not pronaunce myself correctly in the last post. :)

You would be surprised. I got a ban for something I didn't do, so 2 weeks later got re instated, and they denied knowing anything about it. It might be worth a ticket to ask them. Although it might take a while, I've had two open for over three weeks now.

The thing is i have had this problem for several months now. I have played the game for almost a year, so i know the most ins and outs, but all the sudden my messages starts dissapearing. I think maybe it is just a phase so i wait, over a month, but its still the same. Eks: I post on my own wall, can see the message, one minute later its gone. And i have tried everything, resetting the phone, both regular and hard, closing all programs offcourse, deleting game and re-installing. Still the same, so i send in game ticket, now over a month later they have not solved anything.. I dont have connection problems as everythin else is running fine, and i have no problems playing CC except this posting/writing thing that came out of nowhere.

But i appreciate you trying to come up with an solution, because GREE isnt doing much yet..

I have tried that as well, both on random people walls and on my friends wall (real friend, who also plays) so i am sure people is not just deleting, but there is a problem.. Yes it is taking much fun out of the game for me, and its been several monts now :(

They will check all the stored messsages and everybody contacting him or her , must be something wierd then that messages are not coming trough since a month .

Then it is definetly on there end what IOS version do you have am at 4 something , so far no problems with the walls ... but if you get messages on your newsfeed , that means wall is functioning , but somehow the delay is not displaying .

So maybe if you are below IOS 4 they have technical problems ... iphone version usually have the least problems.
Download that one to see if it fixes it . instead of ipad version .

I play on iPhone 4S, and have IOS 5.1.1 (This is newest, only IOS 6 is newer but that only came some days ago to iPhone 5). People can write/post on my wall, and all messages are visable and readable and dont dissapear, only the messages i write/post on ANY wall. Mine, yours, wichever..

Thank you, i hope GREE will fix this asap.. But they have already showed that it will be later rather than sooner :(
