That's from the big earner tournament. Players with the highest IPH were awarded the prize. 1000 prizes total, 500 for levels 1-100, 500 for levels 101-200.

If I remember correctly, cutoff for levels 101-200 was ~$375k. Somewhere around there anyways.

That was most infuriating. If I'd begun my first nightclub save a week or so earlier I would probably have won that gun (sigh!)

I remembered my IPH was ~95k at that time. Didn't get the gun first but thought I would send Funzio an email just in case. Few days later I saw this babe in my inventory. It's my first 100+/100+ weapon and still my favorite....

Which was the main confusion. What a weird event style...seems like it could have been a 1 hour even..but whatever xD
