What levels do the top tier RP items unlock?

armor - Full combat gear l17/27 - level 70
Gun - RPG 36/14 - level 100
vehicle - Exelero 31/17 - level 115

Chain Whip unlocks at 55


There's better armor that you can buy with money as opposed to spending it on the pointless Full Combat Gear. You can fill the rest of your defense with with FBI shields or armor from the new maps.

I agree with this...on my L200 account, I found the forums late and was playing catch up with my attack/defense so I bought 400+ NVB. This was also when M4A1 and DD were farmable, my medium term plan was spend RP on CWs and NVG. I now only use ~325 NVG for attack and only ~150 for defense now, and they get phased out every day. I also have 400+ CWs and I'm probably 1-2 months away from starting to phase these out as well with the events and scratchers.

My recommendation is no matter what your strategy is, always leave a lot of room for change. You never know what's going to become available tomorrow. My plan on my camper/crawler account is going to be to add all RP items, not just to focus on the 1 or 2 that give the most improvement.

perfect - I'd cap it at around 100 of them then save for NVG - get about 200 CW then save for exelero and buy maybe 300-400 of those...

They are the most useful RP item imo...
