I used all my energy and only got 1 box normally it take 600 energy max to at least get one.

Is it just unlucky or are gree thinking of better ideas to get people to spend gold on energy refills.

Ma Shengs too expensive in energy consumption for me, last time I didn't even hit the full cycle and I had leveled up.

I just follow the map goal sequence.

I have 160 energy left and 23 min to get another box, I think I'll just call it night and let the energy refill for the morning.

Was doing so well managed to get 4 tesla coils but out of energy.

Run out of energy so I manage to get 1 from a pvp.

It's early in the event. Try the old M4 loot areas, especially Junyard.
PvP should pay off well enough by the morning.

do high level jobs and you'll get one everytime. only problem is that you'll level up quickly so just do that for the first couple of days then start robbing people for more boxes

If you are talking about the Tesla Coil event, I spent over 4500 energy and fought over 40 people and not one box dropped.

I like to only have 1 box on hand at any given time.

I found the chances of getting unwanted items when holding more than 1 box, greatly improves.
Last event I would say 1 in 3 boxes successfully opened resulted in a car rim.

It only the first time ever I've got empty energy and no box on hand.

Lol. I just got 14 pvp wins and not 1 crate. I got 708 energy, so I'll tell you if I get any crates from energy.

When doing PvP make sure the rivals whose hood you are in, has picked up his money building as it more likely he is actively waiting for the timer so he can open a box, if he has a little cash on hand then it more likely he didn't bank so he can use it to open the box(these are the rival you need).

Only hit a person 3 time then move on if box comes or not.

Maybe it's me but I'm only getting drops on the completion of the job? I'm hitting the Cuban Supermarket in Little Havana and with the 6 times I've completed it I've only gotten 4 drops on the final tap...

More to come but so far no drops on the first of the two taps.

LOL, Just wait whenever you get a flying start in an event all it means that you will get a super streak of fails & useless items from the boxes.

Where you getting your boxes?

Since the time I ran out energy I had looted 4 boxes opened 3 of them and got 1 coil in one of the boxes the other 2 were dud.

I get better boxes from PvE than PvP.

I have been trying to rob/fight like crazy the last few days!

No boxes from any.

Also my stats are low so don't try to fight too many.
When I "size" up someone I look at Total M attack and Total M defense,
compared to mine.

Is this right or is there something else I should be looking at.
If their close to mine which number should I look at for my deciding factor?

Wow SevenO9, You're getting wins like the old school Fuzio Crate events. I remember; getting between 7 and 9 on the first day was standard. It was the elusive number 10 that always escaped me. I thought it's been much harder the Gree way. That's ok, I'm not going to get depressed, I'm upgrading my NC to level 2 later today, and that makes me a happy happy Buddy Lee.

Not having a problem getting crates here. Iv gotten About 25 from pvp and 10 or so from jobs.

I'm barely staying ahead of the crates I open by 2-3. Also it doesn't make you feel any better to pay 6800 cash to open a crate to get 6000.
