I was attacked last night and today by someone and they took money from me while I had no money outside my vault. They just attacked me again and took 21798 from me. I double checked my vault and had no money unprotected and 12k protected. How is this possible? If they attacked me and took all this money shouldnt I still have some money unprotected? Is this a hack? This doesnt seem to make sense. I couldnt find anything like this on the forums.

Others have been saying something similar but it was just kinda of thought of as a mistake. Send a ticket ASAP. if it truely is what you say, you probably have a hacker or some thing similar.

Was it an attack or raided ? These are 2 different forms of attack. An attack on you would result losing unvaulted money (if you lose) and raid is an attack on your buildings.

i found sometimes when this has happened to me its back dating from the server i think and you got attacked just as u was putting your money in your vault..

It could be a few different things. Please contact the support team and give them the information you have. They'll see what's going on and try to get it sorted out.

This was happening to me a few times about 2 months ago when GoldenCheat21 would hit me up for 300,000 plus & I was 100% vaulted and my news feed showed it as an attack and not as a raid AND NONE of my buildings showed up as being raided.

This would happen when I was AFK for 6-8 hours (sleeping) and the "attack" showed up as "2 hours ago" so it could not have been an attack while I was vaulting. I'm not sure if it is a cheat or a hack or just a glitch - but I reported it with a ticket every time it happened - which GoldenCheat21 was the only person who was pulling this off which is why I suspected some sort of Hack.

After 3 reports via a ticket and publicly calling GoldenCheat21 out on the forums - his attacks stopped - at least under that name. Who knows who name he hides under these days as some punks seem to change their name every other week since they aren't Man enough to stand behind their long term name & reputation.

Hey great to know I was not losing my mind..this happened to me a few days ago. I lost 3 mil that I swear was vaulted. I almost called the attacker on it, but let it go figuring there was no way to hack vaulted cash.. I am going to send a ticket..

Well if this is indeed happening because of hackers the game will become ruined very soon. I sent in a ticket and really hope Gree looks into this situation very closely..

At least I am not the only one seeing this. I was AFK at the time of the attack and it wasnt a raid. With the amount taken it appears to be one single attack as I only lost one unit. Typically I notice you take 10% of what the user has. If that was true in this case I would have had 210k+ unprotected and only had 12k total when I logged back in. It is completely weird, I will report it tomorrow.
