Bonus Gem Program is now a Scam!!!

For those who know about the bonus gem program reward a month read on because it could happen to you!

So the deal is if you spent a amount in a month,in return you will be rewarded these amounts of gems to your account...

$500=2500gems
$1000=15000gems
$2000=50,000gems
$5000=125,000gems plus 1 previous event unit
$10,000=250,000gems plus 1 previous event unit

In order for these rewards to happen you need to make top gold/gems purchase which is $100.
$100x5= 2500gems
$100x10= 15,000gems and so on.....

I have made over 20x purchases of $100(20% gem sale does count towards it) with gems/gold for the month of September and this is the reply for Gree staff...

I dunno who this person RL is never dealt with this person before must be a new staff who doesnt know what he/she is doing or just a honest mistake but all my sh_ts gets dealt with CJ. Previous months was all good until this month I didnt get what I paid for so looks like Gree got Greedy and dont want to pay up and ignoring my emails to correct this issue. I know CJ54 reads all our posts so can you look this up? Cause emailing support does not or has ever work with 1-2 weeks delays or never gets replys.

An answer would be nice to what is going on.

Hard to read the images, but looks like you purchased 10x each of gems and gold (mountains). Not sure how the bonus works when the purchases are a mix of gems and gold, but I'd keep replying to your ticket until you get the response you deserve ... sucks, but that's about the only thing you can do. Maybe PM CJ w/ your ticket # too if you haven't done so already.

I know about this program and have received information from email from Gree about this program.
I have received the extra gems once.

From what is shown, I calculate that The1nONLY should receive 47,500 extra gems for spending $2,000 in the month of September since 2,500 gems have already been credited. These kinds of accounts should be handled by CJ himself or someone specifically trained to do this to eliminate errors in calculation.

Just get all Gree staff to forward such accounts' emails to CJ himself for him to attend to it.

All the customer wants to see is the extra gems in his or her account and not feel ripped off for their business dealings with Gree.

Ahh ok, wasn't sure if you received bonus gold for gold purchases. But yeah, I'd just PM CJ your ticket # and have him take a look at it. Whoever responded to your ticket didn't really do their homework.
