My ipad changed how can i get my account back?

Hello all sorry for posting this here but i couldnt find the right place to post this.My ipad got broken thats why i bought a new one but any idea how i will get my account back?

Send an email to support with your friend code and tell them you had it replaced and they should get right on to transferring your game to your new device. Might want to get settled in for a long wait though, the queue is out the door and around the corner for support tickets and we're not allowed to interrupt their frequent doughnut and coffee breaks :(

Oh too bad to hear this:( i rlly cant understand why they cant link the game save data to our game center profile.....Ok thank you so much my friend i appreciate your help.
