For those of you wondering, here are the odds for each of the possibilities.

6 of a kind: 0.0129% ( 6 out of 46,656)
5 of a kind: 0.3858% ( 180 out of 46,656)
4 of a kind: 4.8225% ( 2,250 out of 46,656)
3 of a kind: 31.5072% (14,700 out of 46,656)
2 of a kind: 61.7284% (28,800 out of 46,656)
1 of a kind: 1.5432% ( 720 out of 46,656)

For those of you confused by the last one, consider a 6-sided die. If you were to roll 6 of them, you could get a 123456, a 123465, a 123546, and on and on. That is how you can have 720 possible outcomes where none of the six match.

A different way to verify that last percentage is to multiply (6/6) x (5/6) x (4/6) x (3/6) x (2/6) x (1/6). The logic behind this math is that after the first field is scratched off, the odds of getting a different entry in the second field is 5/6. The odds of getting an entry in the third field that is different from both the first field and the second field is 4/6. Keep working your way down the list.

Also, I apologize. I know there is already a thread dealing with Scratchers. I didn't want to bury this in the middle of what appears to have become a "results" thread.

I thought this a few hours ago about how the 1 of a kind should have a better prize. Its obviously hard to get.

Just an FYI for everyone, incase you didn't already know, scratchers aren't really about luck. It's server determined. At the beginning of the day the server selects what prize you're gonna get from your free scratcher that day and even if you delete and reinstall the game you'll still get the same prize you would've gotten even if you didn't delete and reinstall the game.

That's still luck, even if its predetermined

It all depends on what kind of mood the server is in that day.

Until you happen to get one for 5 or 6 of a kind, in which case you win a figure that'd otherwise take a ton of gems to maybe be lucky enough to win/buy in one of the auction or boss events. The odds may not make the scratchers exactly what you want them to be. But, I can think of an awful lot of stuff much worse that gree has done. You log into the game most every day, right? So, one of these times you may actually get something of value free for doing so. And without having to write poetry to get it :)

Did you download the latest upgrade? After you do, you should get a scratcher card at some point in the next 24 hours.

Scratchers don't really fit the medieval fantasy theme.

There were a bunch of dice games during the period often made from bones, so it doesn't seem too inappropriate. Gree might have picked a different name, but I appreciate the bone they tossed us.
