boss event brackets

for this event, sister snake, and the O'Maley has anyone figured out where the bracket cut offs are? Reason I ask is I'm wondering how close I am to the next bracket for a possible sitting for a while.

I'm currently level 67 and I've seen some of the Officer loot in people that are level 70+ But wasn't sure if the cut off was lower.
