Boss Data Gathering - (calling white frog and mxz)

I was thinking back to the days when the forum made useful contributions, and decided to make an attempt to collectively understand the boss events a little more clearly.

I started tracking my sister snake at level 14. I'm trying to get an understanding of the strength of the bosses by game level and the increase in boss strength by boss level.

I am level 161.

Sister Snake level 14 took 4 hits at 64,903 and the 5th and final hit is estimated to be about 30,000 (give or take 10k, because the game doesn't tell you exactly what you used, only what your total attack is)
So I'm estimating Sister snake level 14 at my current level to take 284,612 cumulative attack points to defeat.

I'm going to track my progress like this......

Level 161

Sister Snake Level 14 = ~284,612
Sister Snake Level 15 = ~ TBD
Sister Snake Level 16 = ~ TBD

If any of you stathead out there would like to join in and track this as well, we may be able to come up with some models to use as guidelines for how strong you need to be at various levels to beat the bosses.

Please join in and track your wins and attack needed in this thread. (even if you are starting to track late like me, any data is good data)

MW folks did some deep analysis on the formula before CC even got boss events. Can't find the thread right now but maybe someone can dig that up.

They had a similar approach - estimating HPs. Of course there were like 3-4 ways people did that, but I think they came up with something worth reading for people who care about these.

Sister Snake Level 14 = ~ 285,000 Hit points used (~4 1/2 hits), +75xp
Sister Snake Level 15 = ~ 405,000 Hit points used (~6 1/4 hits), +80xp
Sister Snake Level 16 = ~ 476,000 Hit points used (~7 1/4 hits), +85xp
Sister Snake Level 17 = ~ 651,400 Hit points used (10 hits), +90xp
Sister Snake Level 18 = ~ 847,000 Hit points used (13 hits), +95xp
Sister Snake Level 19 = TBD
Sister Snake Level 20 = TBD

Level 18 and I've used all my free 13 hits.....WTF???

tomorrow I'll use a level up for 19 but with no reward for 20 I doubt I'm gonna spend any gold to go further than that cause 40 is not gonna happen.

I have been tracking for awhile as well. Like you said the final hit does cause some innacurracy due to it always being larger. Here is my estimate based off of Chief OMalley last event. Note I was level 131-133 during it. Not really sure the beginning levels either because 1 free hit killed him. Anyway here is what I got.

Updated my tracking post, but level 18 took me all 13 free tries. These bosses get hard quickly.

Interesting. Level 71 is a lot lower than I expected compared to 131 as 617pats reported and what I'm seeing at 161.

Level 71 - Boss #18 = 140,000
Level 131- Boss #18 = 800,000
Level 161- Boss #18 = between 780,000 and 840,000

I'd love to see more data on different people's level to see where the difficulty level is changing.
