My vitals are alive and kicking, just finished grilling up some burgers, threw a chile relleno on top one. Was ****in delicious, I should be a chef lol.

Haha. Yeah they are really delicious. Start off with a dry rub I mix up with some different seasonings and then sprinkle a layer of chili powder over the top, so it seals in the flavor really well. So far Boone has complained I have made them for.. They all seem to love them :)

Awesome, will have to try the chilli powder. I'm always trying different things with my ribs. It's just fun to experiment.

I use tony sacheries, lemon pepper, washishier & black pepper mix dry seasoning. Then I put the chili powder on top of it all to seal it. Also gives it a bit of a crust too but not to much.

AUCTIONS are not fun
BEEN STUCK on #8 for 3 days, it feels like the 10 crate events, LOL

funny that I still have some gold left from last month and now I seem to only get "sorry" on this events 95% of the time
I wonder if others players with gold are having the same type of "bad luck"
and I am trying to open 21 times per day using only the cash option

steak > ribs I made a top sirloin recently and tried out a tip from a chef I met while out one time. He said to cover in olive oil lightly, rub with salt and pepper, the grind some coffee beans up until its a powder and rub the steak with that as well. Then cook as usual.. the one I made caused a instarection. fin.
