Haha. I think people avoid upgrading past 3 or 4 just because of the lengthy upgrade times . Oil Rigs at lvl 7 is REALLY good though. And compared to those upgrade costs, anything is cheap lol.

Sounds like you had a short upgrade time glitch, and now they have reverted back to normal. A Lvl 10 Oil Derrick should have taken 66 hours, and the Supply Depot -> 5 sounds right at 9 hours (and same with the Lvl 7 command center upgrade taking 50+ hrs). There's an app in the Apple app store, Toolkit for Modern War, which shows the upgrade costs and times for all buildings available in the game (among other things). And it's made by a fellow forum member as well, Khimsoo.

I don't have any nanos. This may be an obvious question but how do you raise 50m without it getting stolen?

Very quickly so it doesnt get stolen. I can raise over 13 mil in 2 days so going for big upgrades take around 3-4 days.

Yeah it will, Mine are at level 9 ($1,288,00/48 hours) and 7 ($812,000/48 hours), but to take the level 9 to level 10 is upwards $30mil. In fact, almost all my high output buildings now cost over $20mil for next upgrade. One thing I have used besides synching collection times is selling space centers 2 will net you 12 mil when sold so with 10-15 mill on hand and selling two space centers you can get to 25-27 million pretty easily and the rebuild time on the space centers isnt that bad, especially compared to railguns

Because I'm camping, and luckily my stats are good enough to fend off attacks. Once in a blue moon,I'll come across someone that can do some damage,but I'll usually try and Allie up with them . Couple days ago, I had a guy raid every one of my boost buildings ,he'd win,lose,win lose, . I had 50+ mill . After he took out all my boost buildings, he didn't even attack to try and get the money,lol.

Strong stats. Camp and Build up economy so you can buy up better units so you can fend off people's attacks.

Have your vault at maximum.
Also, build up your defence first over attack. Buy value for money units that provide the best defence.
Check your rivals bases and compare your attack and defence numbers.
If you are new to the game, one of the best defensive units is the Military Ambulances. They will boost your defence for very little cash outlay.

Comp factory to level 7. Yea i have 2 geos at 2 and will upgrade them more but right now working on the oil rigs.

With the 100 gold I got from add me Monday, it gave me just enough to get composite factory. Now waiting for lvl 3 oil rig to finish (2 1/2 hours) so I can start the comp factory upgrades.
