More offensive is that the moderators said they would check into it and provide a response on this thread. I guess I assumed they could walk down the hall, ask the devs 'what's up', walk back down the hall and type a 15 second response here. It will probably be another week before we see any blue writing. I am not so sure I would call it "good intentions". You see, I understand, that they can't admit that the company is so screwed up that they cant do anyting, but when they come back here and pretend nothing happened, or give us the runaround no/answer, they begin to participate in that screwed up system and I see no "good intentions" in this. I see all the promises, then the no-answers or ouright lies (or should I say lies other people told them being forwarded to us.

And when they try to "entertain" us with Haikus and shiit it becomes patronizing. I came here to play the game, not participate in a haiku contest where we pretend we are all happy. I submitted a ticket and have yet to get a response (as usual). I opened/closed.. Uninstalled/reinstalled app several times yesrerday and never got the splash screen. Ok, here's the scoop at my end. I see the sale on only my iPhone, not on the iPad or iPods. Also not on either Android device. The player that was the sale had it extended 24 hours last night and it was fixed so that I see 40% off all purchases.

I have never bought gold on Android or one of the iPods so it isn't that. Only one iPod has the clientvupdate everything else is the old client so it isn't that either.

It's tempting but I don't want to buy gold for the one player that can see it, is this screwed up or what.

The transaction didn't appear to go through at all after all of the verifications on the first attempt (no gold appeared in my bank after purchase was made), on the second attempt 50 gold appeared in my bank but then disappeared when I attempted to purchase a "switch nation" option, and on the third attempt, the 50 gold appeared and I was able to purchase a "switch nation" option, but then my character reverted back to the previous nation after just a few minutes and I lost the 50 gold again.

I've sent a ticket to Gree. I'm hoping I wasn't charged three times and they get back to me. Sure won't be spending anymore real money anytime soon.

For this type issue you should submit a ticket via the contact support button in game. Support should and will likely fix this type issue for you. It may take several days or a week to get a response but I am confident they will make this right for you. There is a lot of trash talk about support (and yes I am one who speaks about them often). The issue with support is addressing hackers, non-working items, and other type problems. But your issue is within their capability. If you get a poor response reply to email and request that CJ look into your issue. If know one will, CJ will make it right for you (he knows what he is doing).

The only serious guess that I can come up with is that Gree announced it and didn't set up the deal correctly in their system causing all the bugs and are working right now to fix it. That would explain why some bought gold but didn't receive it as well.

Technically if you spend $100 you have to pretend that that is worth the 1500 gold. If you were only going to spend $60 to get that same $1500 but bought the $100 anyways then you should recieve 2500. You can't act like you are buying anything different because it simply doesn't exist. So Gree for anyone buying a vault during your 40% off they @$100 should get an additional 1000 gold bars.

I thought it may have been a glitch so i decided to try one more time. This time, the gold was deposited into my in game account but 10 seconds later, it all disappeared and i was at my original ammount i started with. I tried a third time and it gave me the same result as the second attempt. This was all done on friday, sept 14th. I sent in a 3 seperate tickets and still no response. Today is monday, sept 17th. I check my bank account and apple has withdrawn 3 transactions at $60.00 each. Now im out $180.00 when i only wanted to spend $60.00, I have no gold, and Gree has yet to respond to my ticket.

Yes, you both are getting at exactly what I told support in my response. I was pretty clear my I thought that still wasn't acceptable.

40% Sale Scenario:
Buy 3 vaults at $60 to receive 4,500 in gold.
4500 / $180 = 25 bars of gold per dollar spent

40% More Gold After Purchase Scenario:
Buy 2 vaults at $100 to receive 3,000 + a bonus of 1,200 = 4,200 total
4200 / $200 = 21 bars of gold per dollar spent

I asked if I buy 2 vaults will they provide a bonus of 2,000 gold instead of 1,200. If not, I'm not interested.

Here's my reply to support:

"I appreciate the offer. The math doesn't quite line up though. If I would purchase 3 vaults at 40% off, it would cost $180 and I would end up with 4,500 gold.
If I buy 2 vaults and you give 40% more, then I spend $200 for 4,200 (1500 x 1.4 x 2) gold.

To truly have the same net effect, $200 purchase should provide 5,000 gold (4,500 / $180 = 25 x 200 = 5,000).

If I purchase 2 vaults, will you credit the additional 2,000 gold?"

24 hours later, I hadn't received a response and sent another reply as follows:

"I have not heard back on this. I simply cannot make a purchase until I know the math is accurate on the bonus. Please let me know."

1 minute later, I got the reply below:

"I'll do that in this case to make the math work out correctly. Let me know when you purchased the vaults."

Within 10 minutes, I sent this message:

"Thanks. 2 vaults have been purchased." with a follow-up minutes later saying this, "I should have said thank you in advance by the way for crediting the 2,000 gold."

That was 6 days ago. I haven't received the bonus gold and have sent 2 more replies to this ticket without a single response. Additionally, I sent a PM to (er) with the ticket number asking him to write my ticket number on something and throw it at support and he said he would look into it right way.

I know we're not supposed to create threads or make posts crying out for someone to help, but I've sent 6 replies to this ticket and PM'd a mod and can't even get a simple response back from them. What else am I supposed to do?
