Gold sale soon does anyone know?

I'm a very light gold player but have been tempted by the new LEs this time so will have to buy my first ever vault of gold to get'em. I have 4 days to do it and if a gold sale starts 5 mins after I buy my vault it will make me cry.

Some of you guys that play CC sometimes know when one is coming our way, any news?

PS just changed my in game name to Hivesy so that might help with all those request lists I must be on :)

Hivesy -- don't do it. Not until they get some of these issues fixed. And LEs don't provide the best value for your gold. I've done some analysis of crates vs LEs vs Boss events. The best use in this order are Boss Events, 3 packs of crates, and then LE sets. I can show you the math if you would like.

They usually start the Gold sale on the 3rd Thursday of each month. So if that's the case - you got 7 more days.

Oh damn, the gold sales really follow a trend like that? I honestly never paid attention to it ... it seems like every 3 events one will pop up ... which does average out to about once a month though.

Plus, not LE's (most of them) aren't available for purchase after they expire. Don't know if they changed that.

Plus, we have you and Miner to thank for the LE threads that show all the units. :)

If your gonna start buying vaults of gold, you might as well splurge and buy 5-10vaults for the bonus gold. Don't forget to send a ticket requesting the bonus tho, or you won't recieve it. But if you can only afford 1 vault, don't waste it on LE's, as it will deplete your entire vault almost. Save for boss events IMO.

Lame ... so you'd have to buy 7 vaults while they were on sale to even qualify. Or 6 vaults and a bank truck, or 6 vaults, a stockpile, and a stash etc. Lol

Is this correct? So even if gold were on sale for 20-40%, you'd still have to spend $500-$1000+ to recieve the bonus? Not just buy 5-10 vaults. I could have swore i bought 3 on sale and 2 at full price and they still credited me 2500 gold bonus.

Last month I bought sone at reg and some on sale and they all counted the same.

Totally not true. If you buy vaults even in a sale period the number of vaults is the same for qualifying for bonus brackets. I always buy my vaults in a sale period.

You stlll have to buy 5,10, 20 Ect to qualify for a bracket.
