he is the guy that shows up on your rival list as a bunch of numbers starting with 254 or something. Gambit was posting about him. He changes his name all the time. He was the HIGHWAYMAN the other day. When I visited his base the bottom left of my screen said "tap buildings and people to do missions" I posted a pick in Gambmit's thread
