drop rates are poor, open rates are poor, and the reasonable cash open prizes (getting to 10) are weak. This drives leveling for no purpose. Please bring back the 10 item events.

The top 250 unit is great. But I'm done with buying gold until I see some major improvements in Gree's response to their customers and some of these blatant mistakes are corrected. So, I have 2,090 gold left on hand. I could burn 300-600 chasing the top 250 to get one unit, or I could hold it till the next boss event and get much more for my gold.

In addition, I really don't want ANY XP unless it comes from a boss event. I'm trying to stay down under 100 as long as possible.

You don't have to use your gold though...just free or cash open only...& that won't hurt your gold for the next boss event...

Front Runner hit the nail on the head. I don't want the XP I'll get from doing PvP and PvE to get crates. XP points are my biggest enemy right now.

You will be able to beat the boss but it will cost you gold! I think right now the boss event is the best bang for your gold!

Yes, agree, can get 'm down after L101 but 80 euro / 1500 gold (guesstimate) is a bit too much for me for a 1000a/1000d unit.

Just as an FYI, I was to the point in which boss events were only costing me around 300 gold, but then they went to 35 and the last 5 bosses cost me about 350-400 more gold. The bosses health increases around 9% give or take so you can imagine up at 30+ those start to become substantial numbers.

I maintain a spreadsheet with boss hits. For level 51-75 the last boss (30) had 1.100.000 hitpoints.
By using some extrapolation skills, I'm pretty sure that for level 76-101 the last boss (30) has 2.000.000 hitpoints.

hahaha. I do the same. Boss #30 for me this last event had roughly 1.725mil hit points. Boss #35 was around 2.7mil hit points. My cash attack was doing ~65,700 per hit at the end.

Would be interesting to know the difference between your 1.725 and my 2.000.

With Boss Illuminatti I reached boss 21, with 722.000 hitpoints
With Boss Desert Rats I reached boss 21 with 742.000 hitpoints

What are your levels for these bosses at 21?

I feel the same way about gaining xp only through boss events. I started to take this event seriously since I thought it might be a little easier to get in the top 250 the third go around. But I hit the tug boat 15 in the carribean and got only 2 boxes, definitely saving my xp for boss events lol. It's level 101 that puts you in the new bracket though and not 100? That's good news, an extra level dedicated to boss events lol.

Got my 10th an hour ago - just realized there is only 9 hours left - no way I can get 5 more with cash opens in 5 hours - so for This reason - I'm out :)

So with 10 items - I only got 2 prizes - whereas before I would of had 5 prizes - 3,5,7,9 & 10 :/

My plan of having zero failed.
Was testing out some attacking options and started picking up bins without intending to. Went ahead and began opening them and got the 5 prize.
Now I'm on 7 with less than 10hrs left and a few bins. I'll just go ahead and see what happens every hour. Still a freebie unit was more than I hoped for.

i went up one on one device as a result of base building budgeting, but refused to spend game money for this thing.

I'm not UK anymore...i switch to Rus a month ago so i need those air unit & that tombraider look alike...I don't like that speed bump bike...i don't think you can use that bike in the real modern war & somebody told me that you can use it to retreat...but I'm not a coward though if i'm in the real modern war...Lol!!

Congrats to the winners. I can't comprehend the amount of real $$$ that you guys had to spend to be in the top 50.

I'm really curious about how much gold it takes to win these things. I raided and farmed every mission that I could find to get Hazmat Bins and my total was 162. I only opened 159 of the 162 bins because the 159 bins only gave me 23 hazmat prizes. That is six duds for every one hazmat by my count. I used cash for every crate and waited out each hour until the last day when I had almost half of them left to go.... I assumed that my bad luck up until that point was just because I was only using cash instead of gold, so on the last day I talked myself into believing that I had enough crates that I should be able to sneak into the top 250. About $100 later and I was still two hazmats shy of getting the spy. With only three bins left to open and looking at my odds up until that point, I decided not to buy the extra 100 gold that it would have taken to open my last three bins in the last hour of the event. If I had more bins on hand then I would have probably gone for it, but I wasn't having any luck finding any more bins in the last hour of the event.

No fancy math here: Assuming 10 to 12 gold bars per US dollar and 15 gold bars to open each bin, with odds of 6 to 1 it is around $8 - $10 per hazmat and the cutoff for top 250 was around 30 hazmats, so we're talking somewhere around $240 to $300 bare minimum to get into the top 250.... Unless you have a lot better luck with cash than I did.

Ferr and most of the other leaders rocketed up to high numbers so fast that you had to be resetting the clock with gold most of the time, so effectively 30 gold bars per open. The last leaderboard showed Ferr with 471 hazmats, so unless you were a lot luckier than I was then it must have cost at least $8200.... and that's assuming that you didn't have to recharge your energy and stamina a bunch of times just to get the 3000+ bins that you had to accumulate to get 471 hazmats.

Once again, congrats on the prizes.... I'm only going through these numbers just to clarify to myself how far out of my league I am to even be playing on the same battlefield as you guys. I'm upset at myself for blowing $100 that could have been spent on something real, but to recreationally blow $8k on a computer game is some serious committment that I can't even imagine.

Good luck with your legal case. I can't imagine why they don't just post the leaderboards and give out the prize units; it would only cost them a few hours of a developer's time to just give you guys what you paid for.

Spent zero gold on this one. If I was really close (within 3 parts) I would have. Tried to make the top 250 but I don't see that ever happening unless they bring back the top 500. And yea I was really lucky. Bio weapons were popping out everywhere today.

I would imagine so - they were at least 100 tokens ahead of the 3rd placed player and both on the same amount when they froze the leaderboard. I would think that ferr will post what happened at some point in the next 24hrs
