No Joke - this is a reply I got to an in-game ticket:

We will contact you via e-mail as soon as we have an update for your issue.

Many senior members of our forums have been playing our games for quite some time. Their insights, tips, and "how-to's" can be extremely helpful."


I guess we're all part of Customer Support now.

Actually that's what Gree should do. Give out 10x names that are willing to work for gold. Each Questioned Answered will result in 5 Free gold Bars for your account! :P

I also like how they capitalized "Specialists" :pI just sent in a complaint that I did a PvE mission where in hit #6 out of 6 the Boss Screen popped up and I didn't get my Cash reward or my unit reward and could they look into it since there were numerous complaints on the forum about this hapoenenig - which is ironic that they referrered me back to the forums since I had already mentioned this was a known issue on the forums.

are you sure you lost the cash reward? I always get mine direct deposited and autovaulted...where's my video feature when I need it!

In thus case I am sure - I was at $9,999,930 and I remember thinking I was only $70 away from having to buy another B-52 Bomber to keep from being over vaulted - and when my PvE was interrupted with the Boss action - I was still at the same cash level and the target had moved back to 0 of 6.

I mean - I know it was just a lousy $500k - but I was just pissed that there is still a "bug" in the game that has been talked about publicly on the forums and many people have ticketed - and dammit - I want my Über Unit prize!

As a senior member I have the following advice to give you:

Sell all of your money buildings as soon as I send you a PM letting you know I see you on my rivals list. I will then repeatedly attack you until you are too weak to battle. Once I have finished this, you should no longer have any problems. Thanks.
