You've got to get the golden spray paint from the graffiti job, then you can turn any one weapon "golden". Most people did it to either an m4a1 or a grenade launcher back in the day. I'm not sure if the job even exists any more, but complete EVERY goal you're given until it shows up and you'll get it.
