Disappearing Gold

I've put a support ticket in but this morning all the gold in my vault had disappeared.

Anyone else had this? This has happened before and I believe it is due to the new maps and requiring equipment to fight certain monsters.

I'd check your vaults and make sure you haven't lost any gold.

Yeah I lost all I had in vault which was only about 50k I think.

I've lost approx 175000 on each of my accounts from my vaults. How do I contact someone to get this
sorted out? I emailed from in game but I haven't heard anything back yet.

It sometimes takes over a week to hear back but they will resolve your issue eventually.

I put a support ticket in and I have received a reply already plus a rather nice amount of gold added to my vault.

Good customer service if I'm honest - can't fault that.

Now, if only banks would do that if they lost your money ..... :)
