It has been too long since we had one of these so here goes!

As the title implies, there are two Gift Certificates up for grabs! Featuring two similar but different eye-soring events :D

Game 1: Locate the turrets!
Within the hood there are 42 visibly seen Gatling turrets, meaning there are 8 hidden somewhere. Find the location of these turrets. (Answer must not be vague, has to be like "Behind so and so" or "to the right of building") First person to locate wins 1 x $20 iTunes Gift certificate.

Game 2: Bloody Lamp Posts!
A significantly harder challenge than previous, but quite simple for someone aware of hood dimensions. Basically, how many old lamp posts are there within the hood? (Answer must be absolute i.e. "101", NOT 100-110) If exact number is not guessed, the First person with the closest count will win 1 x $20 iTunes Gift certificate.

Rules and Tips:
- Event will last 1 day, and/or finishing either when someone(s) correctly guesses both games.
- One guess for each game for each person!
- "First" will be interpreted through priority of post number.
- NO reserving of post position. Instant disqualification if found done so.
- NO editing of posts or else that specific post will be disregarded.
- Hood is built on symmetry, places out of line-of-sight DO contain objects.
- For Game 2: My count is absolute! Of course i will recheck a few times.
- Prizes will be sent through email via iTunes Gift certificates.
- And of course: HAVE FUN! ;)

I have not yet counted lamp posts myself, but I know there are a lot behind buildings. From first glance of above calculations, they are incorrect though.

*Tony, the reason you gave for editing was untrue, as you also edited in your Game 2 guess within that change. Forum logs are easily accessible if you want to dispute that. Although I do not like being misled, I still gave you credit for your raw entry (unedited post), but not for any post edited work. I believe this is the fairest resolution.

Thanks, probably not going to do anything with my hood anymore as I barely play the game now. And counting all those pixel sticks after a night out was a VERY bad headache!

An event was held (actually 2 simulatiously) with complete/correct graphics and very clear instructions. All questions were answered promptly, & without creating further confusion. The threat of "cheating" of any sort was closely monitored & dealt with in a fair manner. And, winners were annouced just after the events ended. See, it really can be done.

If you look fairly closely to top right corner of the front french restaurant, you might spot the tip of a lamp.

No only sites who are troublesome , really a pain to get US itunes card , tried it too , to pay for mnju bet .
Seems it really is region bound, tried to get some trough Apple contacts netherlands , they had the same problem .
So either trough third party not trustworthy sites , ebay etc .. well smaller amount might be found on ebay .

Very cool hood man. I really like the set up. My hood is more using as much space for buildings and how I collect them is all in one place sorta. That is what I like. But I enjoy the decorations. Very cool.
